These predictions highlight the most significant cyber threats that organizations have faced in 2017 — and will face in 2018 — based on trends that Stroz Friedberg’s cybersecurity experts experience in their client work. Meet the Speaker
Damien Riehl is Vice President in Stroz Friedberg’s Minneapolis office, where he helps respond to cybersecurity incidents, manages digital forensic investigations, oversees e-discovery engagements, and helps organizations mitigate cybersecurity risks proactively. Mr. Riehl’s matters have included intellectual property, cybersecurity, deletion of digital data, e-forgery, cyber-harassment, and online fraud and abuse. His clientele has included Fortune 500 companies, smaller companies, non-profit organizations, and private individuals. Mr. Riehl also frequently speaks and writes on topics discussing the intersection of technology and the law, including evolving areas such as Internet of Things (IoT), the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), legal automation, and autonomous vehicles.
