Meet Our Panel

Ryan Hahler, Head of Brand and Marketing Services, brightpeak financial

fullsizerenderRyan Hahler is Head of Brand and Marketing Services with brightpeak financial and generally dislikes professional bios.  While he brings over 15 years of financial industry leadership in the areas of digital marketing, strategic partnerships, community development, organizational development, and operations management, he’d like to acknowledge that his most meaningful professional accomplishments are attributable to his good fortune in working with so many smart, passionate, and innovative people over the course of his career.

His current three years at brightpeak are no exception to that trend.  A division of Thrivent financial, brightpeak was created to help young Christian families put intention into action on their own financial journey. Cutting through the usual BS of the financial industry to create simple straightforward, and accessible content, products, and services has truly been a team effort and part of the culture at brightpeak.  Ryan is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to that work and culture!


Chris Todd, Digital Marketing Manager, Spyder Trap


At Spyder Trap, Chris leads a team of content and search experts as the Digital Marketing Manager. He has over four years of digital marketing experience with a focus on paid and organic social media management. Along with serving clients across various industries at Spyder Trap, Chris also manages social media properties for the IFC TV network as a freelancer. He’s a Minnesota transplant from DC, has an MBA from the University of Maryland, and enjoys humor & comedy in every form.





Erica Hanna, Founder, Puke Rainbows

imageErica is a six time Emmy-award winning Creative “Preditor” (Producer/Shooter/Director/Writer/Editor), Speaker, and Content Strategist. After spending nine years in the creative department at WCCO-TV, she was brought on board at at the Director of Digital where she helped quadruple website traffic in just 10 months. Now her company, Puke Rainbows specializes  in leading workshops for businesses looking to “up” their video game, consults with organizations needing guidance for content teams and structure, and handles high end video production spanning from commercial work to social microcontent. She’s had the chance to work with folks like Ellen DeGeneres, Lizz Winstead (Creator of the Daily Show) and Prince, loves karaoke, sarcasm, and is an expert at losing her keys.  In her spare time she concentrates  efforts on raising funds for the non-profit @charitywater through social media. To date, she has raised $30,000 for water wells in Africa. Erica is also the 2014 & 2015 Top Twitter Personality in Minneapolis.
