Did you miss the opportunity to sit for the Global Communication Certification Council (GCCC) exam held in Minnesota last month? Don’t worry, it’s coming back in March.

The fact that 50 percent of certified professionals are promoted within the first six months of earning their certification is reason alone to get certified. But wait there is more! You will be able to say you have the knowledge to show proficiency in the following GCCC domains:

The Communication Management Professional (CMP) and Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP) exams are being offered again during the annual Convergence Summit. The summit will be held at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus on March 28. The exact date and time for the exam is yet to be determined.

You must apply for the CMP or SCMP exam at least two weeks before the exam date. Once you are accepted, you must register for an exam at least one week prior to the test date.

Join your eight fellow Minnesotan’s who have achieved certification and get certified this spring. If you can’t make the Minnesota exam, check out the list of worldwide exams.

Start the registration process by completing the CMP or SCMP application.
